Returns

We understand that sometimes orders will need to be returned and so we endeavour to make the returns process as simple as possible.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, we will accept returns provided that: the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase; the goods have not been used; and the goods are returned in their original packaging with all of the original tags still attached.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of faulty goods or the products delivered do not match your order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Please contact us within 30 days of from the date of purchase, and we will organise a replacement item or issue you a full refund. We do ask that you provide us with a photo of the item that clearly shows the fault.

Returns Process

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back. Cleopatra Cotton will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error, for example an item you received was not correct to what you ordered or was faulty in some way. Please contact us if you need to arrange a return.
